Each garden has dog proof fencing keeping dogs safe and secure. Also on site we have a fenced excercise field where dogs can run and play!
Horses
Quite possibly not an option you see at too many holiday cottage locations in Yorkshire. We welcome horses accompanying you on your holiday. Available on-site is two and half acres of grazing and stables. Enjoy riding and exploring the local bridleways with your own horse!

Grazing

- 2 1/2 acres of grazing
- No other horses apart from your own would be sharing the fields

Stables
- Available all year round
- Stable only – Short break £50 or per week £100
- Stable and paddock – short break £70 0r per week £120 (Paddock available subject to weather/availability)
- Prices do not include feed or bedding but we can supply and qoute a current price for hay, straw, and shavings.
- All mucking out tools can be provided
- Can only be booked by email/telephone prior to your stay
Bridleways
- Hacks from Middleton Cottages include fields and country lanes
- Cleveland hills and North Yorkshire Moors approx 6 miles from Middleton Cottages
- Nearby beaches (Saltburn, Marske, Redcar) approx 18 miles from Middleton Cottages
